1. How does past life regression therapy work, and what specific techniques do you use to guide clients through this process?

Our soul carries unresolved energies or karmic imprints across lifetimes, and those effects show up until they’re acknowledged and healed. Unresolved or unfinished lessons from past lives often show up in this life as recurring patterns. If we don’t learn the lesson, it comes back in a new form … same theme, different body.

How we died in a certain lifetime is a very important part of the soul journey. When we do not die well, we can create energetic residues that follow us into future incarnations. These can manifest as irrational fears or phobias, unexplained physical ailments, or emotional blockages that don’t quite make sense in the context of our current life story.

Our memories of our past lives, our childhood, or even the womb, are all stored in the subconscious mind. To heal and resolve it is important to go into that part of the mind. Through hypnosis, a form of guided relaxation, we allow the conscious mind to take a back seat, and let the subconscious mind bring to surface the repressed emotions, hidden patterns and experiences so that we can get to the root cause of what holds you back or affects you today.

2. Can you share a compelling example where past life regression helped a client uncover and resolve a long-standing emotional issue?

A 22-year-old boy came to me. He was very frightened of heights and couldn’t understand why. Consciously, he could not pinpoint anything from this life that could have caused this irrational fear. He regressed back into a past life where he was walking with his friend near a cliff. The friend, having ill intentions, pushed this boy off the cliff when he was looking elsewhere. It was a harrowing experience for the boy tohave died this way. When one is falling, one’s consciousness is already in shock.

When the body fell off the cliff and to the ground, his consciousness did not register that his body has died. That disconnect trapped a part of the soul in the traumatic moment,
like a frozen fragment that kept on reliving the fall. Having him relive and understand
his experience, he was able to heal and re-integrate. This irrational fear got resolved. He now happily goes on hikes with his friends, something he always avoided.

Our soul and karma are always working together to offer us another opportunity to understand, to heal, and to do things differently.

A mother came to me feeling emotionally disconnected from her newborn child. She couldn’t explain why, but something in her just couldn’t bond. Through regression therapy, she saw a past life where the roots of this disconnection began.

She was a newly married woman, deeply in love with her kind and responsible husband. One evening, while walking together, they discovered an abandoned baby beneath a tree. Her husband instinctively picked up the child. As they continued walking, they saw flames in the distance. Homes were burning.

The husband, handed the baby to her andran toward the fire to help.Tragically, he was killed in the chaos. Left with the baby and the overwhelming grief of losing her husband, the woman unknowingly blamed the child. Though she raised the child, resentment lingered in her heart until the end of her life.

From a higher perspective, she came to a realization: the child was not responsible for her husband’s death, it was no ones fault. Surprisingly, she recognized that the child she had given birth to in this life was the very same soul she had once blamed. In this
life, she has been given another chance, to release the resentment, to choose love over blame, and to heal the wound she carried to her death.

The soul always remembers, and karma always circles back, not to punish, but to offer the opportunity for closure, for compassion and for completion.

3. In what ways do you believe the subconscious mind influences our current life challenges, and how can hypnotherapy help reveal these
connections?

The conscious mind is only 10% of our total mind capacity. The rest of the 90% is the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is 6000 times more powerful than anything we know about ourselves.

The subconscious mind plays a huge role in our life, from
how our body functions to the way we think, feel, and behave. It is a database that stores every emotion and experience we have ever had, from the time we are in our mother’s womb, to the current age we are at.

Because it’s always running in the background, it silently shapes how we see the world, how we react, and what we attract.
Between the ages of 0-8 yrs a child has no filter to discern life experiences and the child absorbs everything as its truth. Every experience, or emotional moment becomes an imprint forming emotional patterns and beliefs that run automatically into adulthood.

For example, a child witnessing a father shouting, may make the child frightened of the father. The child may conclude that he has done something wrong, which is why the father is angry. In order not to be blamed and to overcome this fear the child may
become quiet, obedient or withdrawn. Even though the child may become quiet or obedient, the fear never leaves him/her. This image of the father shouting, together with fear and his decision to do something about it becomes his reality.

Since this becomes a subconscious program, the child may manifest similar experiences that frighten him. The child growing may attract people in his life that keep shouting at him or frightenening him. The behaviour of being obedient or quiet that has been created through this fear will affect them growing up. This will stop the person from living life with the freedom and joy that is their authentic nature.

The therapist guides the person back to the root cause of the experience, where it all started. They re-experience the emotions and perceptions of that younger self, but this time with the awareness of their present adult self. Reframing, getting clarity and
wisdom of the original situation from the perspective of the adult self, helps release the emotional charge the child carried for years, at the same time returning to child what it had lost through the fear, that is, love, joy and freedom.

This is an extremely transformative and healing process. You actually rewrite the subconscious script that had been running for many years.

4. How do you address scepticism from clients who may be hesitant to explore past life regression or hypnotherapy as viable healing methods?

I come across a lot of people whose first question is usually ‘Are you going to control my mind?’ It is often associated with how they have seen hypnosis on stage shows and in movies.

Hypnotherapy is for therapy and healing purposes. It isn’t about losing control,It is about helping you reconnect with your inner power by accessing the subconscious patterns that have shaped your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
I also get asked “Will I go somewhere and not come back?” You’re never unconscious or unaware, you’re just more connected to your subconscious mind, which is your inner world.  You’re always safe and in control. You don’t ‘go’ anywhere in the literal sense,
and you can come out of that state anytime you choose.

5. What types of issues, such as phobias or chronic pain, have you seen effectively overcome through hypnotherapy, and what was the process like for those clients?

A client came to me with an intense fear of dogs, and we uncovered something very unexpected during her hypnotherapy session. Initially, it seemed like a straightforward fear, but as we went deeper, we discovered that her fear wasn’t just about the dog itself.

In her subconscious, she was holding onto deep unresolved anger, not toward the dog, but toward the dog’s owner. During an incident, the dog had picked up on that emotional energy. Animals are highly sensitive to human emotions, like fear, anger, or distress.
The dog responded to the signal she was energetically emitting, and pounced on her and made her fall. She bruised herself badly in the process, leaving her shocked, angry, fearful, and embarrassed. This reinforced her belief that dogs were unpredictable and dangerous.

However, the truth was, her energy had played a role in the dynamic, and the fear was layered with anger, and confusion. Working through these emotions in the session, she was able to release the anger she had suppressed, and her fear of dogs diminished. When we shift our energy, the way
the world responds to us also changes

A young boy came to me with an overwhelming fear of death. The fear was paralysing and he would panic without any warning. He regressed back to the root of his fear. He found himself in his mothers womb. She was 8 months pregnant and her mum
passed away. In an intense moment of grief, she had instinctively clutched to her stomach, pressing down hard as she cried. From the baby’s experience in the womb, that moment was terrifying.

He didn’t understand grief or mourning, all he could feel was
pressure, constriction, and emotional overwhelm. To the baby it felt like he was suffocating. A subconscious belief was formed: “I’m going to die.” This deep imprint stayed with him, buried beneath the surface, until we released it. The fear began to dissolve. He was no longer reacting to the subconscious program.

6. How do you measure the success of your therapies, and what transformations have you witnessed in clients after they engage in both hypnotherapy and regression therapy?

Success of therapy to me is when a client begins to experience real shifts in their thinking, feeling and how they begin to respond to life differently. What I love most is that these changes aren’t at a surface level, they come from their reconnection to the
parts they had repressed and suppressed, leaving them feeling free and more authentic.

At a mental health expo, I had a walk-in client who looked distressed and in need of support. We began working together immediately, and the transformation she experienced was truly remarkable. Not only was she healing from within, even her
physical appearance began to change. She had started looking lighter and brighter, with more confidence and calm. In our last session, an anxiety resurfaced, one that had previously caused her to experience intense panic attacks.
I gently guided her through the experience, helping her face and process it in a safe, supported way. She left feeling unsure of what had just happened, but when I met her a few weeks later, she
had not gotten any panic attacks since our session. This to me, is proof of inner healing!
